Dear Lord,
I cannot understand my way, my mind, or my choices. They continually fail me and only bring me extreme confusion. I don’t know the way. I have walked a most crooked path, shall I stop walking now, no… there is One who orders my steps and who has gone before me. He only knows my way.
He remains with me and before me and has promised not to forsake me. I plead the blood and cry out for His redemption and for His blood to wash me clean. For the grace to die upon the altar, and for all His life to live.
Lord, may you take what is left, my shattered pieces and the tears that I can’t release, and hold, them ever so gently and kiss me back life. Not who I was but who I am in You. Christ in me the hope of Glory. In complete surrender I give my all at last to thee.
I will arise in humble adoration and sing eternally of Your mercy everlasting and the grace that set me free. Be glorified, be glorified take my heart and call it home, find Your resting place in me alone.
Whatever you desire, whatever you planned for me, let in now arise in splendor and glory for all the world to see. Be seen, be seen, may all eyes and hearts be opened to Your power, glory, and dominion, let Your truth be forever known.
Hallelujah, Hallelujah to the Lamb who sits upon the throne. Be glorified forever, may we ever rest at the foot of Your throne. Glory, Glory, Hallelujah, Hallelujah to the Lamb and King. Sing praises to the one who is Everlasting, to the one and only Holy King.
